SHIPPING POLICY

Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR PROCESSING AND 48 HOURS FOR SHIPPING. Tracking numbers are emailed to all recipients.

CLASSY STRAND MAINTENANCE

To enjoy the longevity of your strands, please read the following instructions. 

Shampoo with Sulfate & Paraben free products (CS Strand Bath), in lukewarm water at least once a week. Condition with (CS Coconut Conditioner), and brush hair from tips while working your way up. Avoid using oil or alcohol based products. Avoid brushing dry hair, for it can cause frizz, and hair may tangle. Don't sleep with wet hair. Always use a light heat protectant before applying any heat to hair. Classy Strands should be colored by a licensed professional only. Dry hair, and the wrong products will make hair shed and tangle. These tips will help prevent this from occurring.
